«Real Football»

In autumn 2010 the citizens of Minsk were taken ill with football fever. The interest of radio Unistar and its listeners in football games didn’t bypass.

Special promo actions of our radio station, which were dedicated to a football holiday began on September 30. At this day the football team BATE from Borisov showed a splendid game against its rivals from Turin at the «Dinamo» stadium. It would be difficult to show such results without public support. Unistar not only supported «their», but raised competitive spirit of football fans. The jeep with the symbol «Unistar» and wishes of our players wins drove all day in the city

Radio’s «fanmobile» drove out on the Minsk streets on the day match between Belarus and England on Oktober 15. Unistar’s listeners had a unique chance to go to any place of the city by «fanmobile». Where it was you could here on the Unistar air. If you called to our DJ first you would go to the stadium by «fanmobile» without paying.

But the promo action with «fanmobile» didn’t cure the football fever of our citizens. It continued in late autumn — 5-25 November. On these days football team BATE played with «Zenit» and «Real». It was difficult to get a tickets to the game. But not with Unistar. Our morning DJ Konstantin Kaverin as an arbitrator offered football fans to score a goal in the improvised gate of «Zenit» and «Real». The winners, scoring a goal from the first time would receive a ticket to the match. The other authors of goals became the owners of branded umbrellas from Unistar.

The football holiday added bright colors in the grey palette of autumn. Due to promo actions of Unistar this holiday became memorable and unusual!
