Katya Samsonova
I was born one hot summer in the Union of Soviet Republics. Maybe that is the reason why I like to give advice (the Russian word “Soviet” means “advice”) so much ….and I like the sun. They say, my name derives from the Greek word “catharios” meaning “clean”, “pure”. Crystal Clear Katya, as I sometimes joke. I let myself speak my mind and value honesty in those around me. Apart from that, I have a pretty high self-esteem…and always want to be in the center of everything! That is why I am on Unistar. Probably I found the “self” I have been looking for here. Actually, I have already spent ten happy years on air. One may say, it’s time to switch, yet this job, even more of a lifestyle, inspires me, directs me, supports me and gives me energy. Nd then I act according to the “pass it on” formula. Certainly, self-realization is the main thing not only about one’s profession, but about one’s life in general. That is the reason why I read (reminiscences will do), watch movies (“Some Like It Hot” is a perfect option!), fall in love (while Barry White music is playing in the background, for example), relax and have fun (swimming and travelling are, in fact, a topic worth extra discussion). If you know what you want from life, I guess you are lucky. That is what I aspire to. Let’s aspire together!
